This is totally random but-

I sneak.

I don’t mean to sneak, but I sneak. I hardcore sneak. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been sneaking around, and I’ve never even meant to.

I walk into a room and say hi, my mom jumps. I come to my doorway to say something to my roommate, and she jumps. I ask someone a question, even in a crowded room, and half the time they jump.

There was one time I was walking along, in broad daylight, and someone looked up from walking along… and jumped.

Broad daylight! 

I’m not even sneaking in the dark. I’m sneaking around, unseen and unheard in plain sight. 

I don’t even know how I do it.

It occurs to me that this is something a ghost might say, if they didn’t know they were a ghost.
