hi there, this is lulu!

miku’s birthday is on the 31st of august, and to celebrate it, i’ll be hosting this collaboration-! this is the first time i’m doing this so bear with me please _(:3 」∠)_ (and excuse me for my poor english)

the aim of this collab is to recruit many artists to draw various versions of miku (PVs, modules, etc.) and compile them into one huge canvas, which will be uploaded on august 31st.

please read the rules before joining.

RULES:

• artwork MUST be yours. art thefts will be automatically kicked out and won’t be allowed to join.
• we’re only accepting digital art. traditional art is not allowed.
• cover songs are not allowed. original songs/modules/album covers/alternate outfits/etc. only.
• if the song you picked doesn’t have any sort of special outfit, please do your best to represent your song in an illustration (we don’t want to end up with 30 V2 mikus in different poses without any type of remarkable detail…) (ex. for regulus 鳳仙花, you could try to draw the square thingy behind miku that is seen in the PV. it’s up to you!).
• before joining, you must send an email to mikumikucollab@outlook.com with the following information: name, website with your latest art (tumblr, twitter, deviantart…), and some examples of your recent art. after this, you will receive an email saying whether or not you have been accepted within 48 hours. i’m organizing this alone, so please bear with me if i don’t answer right away. do not draw a final submission until you get your confirmation.
  
• i will be judging your art skills (don’t worry i’m not searching for new redjuices), mostly because i don’t know how many people are going to join and i’m doing this alone. i wouldn’t be able to make a final canvas with 600 submissions before august…
• …but, if people want to join me, you’re welcome to do so. i’d be thankful if it’s someone with previous experience organizing events like this. contact me on twitter or tumblr and we’ll talk about it.
• after you’ve been accepted, please write another email saying which Miku are you drawing, specifying song & link to the video/module/etc. where can be found. i will keep track of the suggestions and i will add them to a sheet so that people don’t pick the same outfit as other people. (the sheet will be emailed in the confirmation email).
  

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

• your final submission MUST be 800x800, a .png file, with a transparent background.
• you must sign your submission with your twitter/tumblr/etc name and the name of the song/outfit.
• you need to draw a FULL BODY
• when you’re done, send your submission to mikumikucollab@outlook.com and wait for a confirmation email. if i don’t reply in 48 hours, please send me an ask in tumblr or a tweet!
• deadline is on the 26th of august, that means you have a month to draw your piece.
• DO NOT UPLOAD your submission until i upload the final canvas.
  
• if you’re unable to finish the submission, please tell me and i will delete you from the list, but please, plan ahead.
